Questions about pricing.
What counts as an agent transaction?
Any state-changing call to Pay, Collect, Bill, Credit, or Transfer that results in money moving. Read-only API calls, identity lookups, and webhook deliveries are not metered.
Is FDIC insurance included?
Wallet balances are held at AgentRail's sponsor bank partners with pass-through FDIC insurance, subject to standard pass-through conditions.
Do you charge for failed payments?
No. Failed authorizations and rejected payments are not metered. You only pay for transactions that actually move money.
What about KYC, sanctions, and disputes?
KYC and KYB are included up to the volumes listed in each tier. Live sanctions screening on every counterparty is always included. Managed dispute lifecycle ships with Disputes.
