Information we collect
Account information, transaction data, identity verification documents (KYC/KYB), device and usage telemetry, and information from our banking partners.

To provide and operate AgentRail; to comply with legal and regulatory requirements (including BSA/AML, OFAC, and applicable financial regulations); to detect fraud; and to communicate with you.

Sharing and disclosure
We share information with: our banking partners; identity verification, screening, and dispute resolution vendors; service providers under contract; and law enforcement when legally required.

Retention
We retain transaction records and identity documents for the period required by applicable financial regulations (typically 5–7 years after account closure).

AgentRail is operated from the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US and other countries where we operate.
