Eligibility requirements, account ownership, authorized users, and acceptable use of the AgentRail platform and APIs.

Per-transaction pricing, invoicing cadence, accepted payment methods, and overage policy. See the Pricing page for current rates.

Service levels
Uptime commitments, incident response timelines, and credits for sustained degradation. Customer-tier-specific SLAs apply for Growth and Scale.

Data and privacy
How AgentRail handles your data, your customers' data, and personally identifiable information. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Termination
Termination for convenience, termination for cause, and what happens to in-flight transactions and stored balances when the agreement ends.

Limitation of liability
Standard limitations on liability, exclusions, and the cap based on fees paid in the prior twelve months.
