This Authorized Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited on the AgentRail platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Prohibited businesses
AgentRail may not be used in connection with: unlicensed money services, unregulated securities offerings, gambling outside licensed jurisdictions, regulated controlled substances, weapons sales requiring federal licensing, or any activity that violates US, EU, or UK sanctions regimes.

Prohibited agent behavior
Agents on the platform may not: attempt to circumvent KYC/AML controls; pay or solicit from sanctioned individuals or entities; attempt to fragment payments to evade reporting thresholds (structuring); or perform any activity in violation of applicable financial regulations.

Platform integrity
You may not: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the AgentRail platform without prior written authorization; interfere with availability for other users; or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

Enforcement
AgentRail may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy. Funds held in suspended accounts will be handled in accordance with the Services Agreement and applicable regulations.
